HOW TO CONTROL  -  SOME NOTES
By S.K.Sengupta

*   ONE  DOESN’T  FIGHT  FOR  CONTROL  IF HE  CAN  CONTOL .

*   BAD  CONTROL  IS  NO  CONTROL .

*   GOOD  CONTROL  IS  WHEN  YOU  GIVE  THE  OTHER  PERSON  A  CHOICE  ,  AND  HE  WILLINGLY  AGREES  TO  PLAY  THE  GAME  ,  WILLINGLY  AGREES  TO  BE  CONTROLLED  .

*   YOU  PUT  A  PERSON  UNDER  CONTROL  SO  A  PERSON  CAN  CONTROL  .

*   WHEN  YOU  COMMAND  ,  COMMAND  WITH  INTENTION  AND  AFFINITY  .  APPLY  APPROPRIATE  FORCE  ,  NEITHER  LESS  NOR  MORE  ,  TO  ENSURE  COMPLIANCE  .  DON’T  LOSE  CONTROL  ON  YOUR  OWN  INTENTION  AND  AFFINITY .
*  Control one thing at a time and understand the principle that makes it work .

*  Now handle similar and related things using the same stable principle .

*  When coaching someone , teach one data or principle first . Let the student understand and master it thoroughly . Thereafter , the student will be able to understand and master all similar and related matter with ease .

*  Bad control is uncertain , variable and unpredictable . It is non-positive and sloppy .

*  Good control is certain , predictable , and positive .
