The First Measure :
The board attempts to size
you up on the basis of :

The Second Measure :
The members ask various
questions to gather information about you to answer queries in their mind about
your suitability and about your capabilities to handle the job competently .

Why are you
interested in this particular job ?

Why do you want
to join our company ?

Where do you want

select you ?
Once you know how the
interview board is going to measure you , you can prepare and develop yourself
to make a good impact on them . Know what kind of person you are , what are
your strengths , skills and special abilities , and how can you prove to be
useful to your employer . Find out as much as possible about the company and
the tasks that you will have to handle in the job that you have applied for ,
and also how can they help you in the development of your career . With a
systematic preparation , you will be able to perform very well in the interview
